We check our inventory daily to ensure that we have enough stock of each product. Usually, the processing time in the warehouse is 1-3 days. If you choose a doll with custom features, the production time depends on the brand, material, and advanced features you choose. Approximately:

TPE doll: 3-7 days, some high-end brands or multiple movement features may be extended by 1 week.

Silicone doll: 2-3 weeks, some high-end brands or multiple movement functions may be extended by 1 week.

Note: Please understand that a sex doll is a custom product that is customized according to the customer's specifications. Although we strive to ship within the time frame stated above, there may be exceptional circumstances where the processing time may be slightly longer.

Has my order been shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 3 days (excluding weekends), but it may take up to 5 days, or even longer in some cases. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email. Do you include VAT in your prices?

Yes, VAT is only applicable to orders within the European Union. Customers in the UK are responsible for paying customs duties.

My item arrived broken or damaged, what should I do?

If your product is damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to us. We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hours. We are not responsible for any damage to boxes, cases or other packaging. It is the responsibility of the carrier to handle them with care, and we have no control over this.


Why have I not received a confirmation email after placing my order?

It is possible that our email has been placed in your spam/junk folder, so please check this. If you still cannot find it, please let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I receive it?
